Most infrastructure tools are built to be demoed, not depended on. They ship the feature checklist that closes a sale, then leave the team running them in production to discover what was never tested. We build the version that holds up instead, one problem at a time, taken deep enough that the edge cases are actually solved, not just the happy path.
Relaybase, our first product, came out of exactly that gap: existing email verification tools were slow, expensive, and missed the failure modes that actually cause sending accounts to get suspended.
